Vintage 70’s midi skirt by Fashion Collection in muted wine color. Features a front zip button closure, belt loops and centered slit. Labeled a size medium. Model is normally extra small and 5’10” for reference. No fabric or care tag. Appears to be a rayon blend and would recommend to delicate wash, flat dry or dry clean  No flaws, like new condition
